Key Responsibilities

  • •Own EMEA IT support end-to-end by prioritizing needs, resolving escalations, and addressing systemic gaps.
  • •Lead EMEA regional support coordination across offices and time zones to improve coverage and consistency.
  • •Lead or support employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding/offboarding workflows, device preparation, and access coordination.
  • •Drive AV and event readiness for conference rooms, executive meetings, and other high-visibility gatherings.
  • •Improve support systems and processes by updating documentation, building repeatable workflows, and introducing lightweight automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 108,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical expertise in macOS and working knowledge of Windows.
  • •Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise productivity platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian products.
  • •Experience configuring and troubleshooting AV and collaboration systems such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron in office and event settings.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
