Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
  • •Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
  • •Identify business rules, constraints, and edge cases to embed in solutions.
  • •Define target processes, escalation mechanisms, and required data/systems/dependencies for automation.
  • •Define KPIs and dashboards, plan functional test scenarios, support validation and production, and produce functional documentation and training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent field.
  • •Significant experience in business analysis.
  • •Experience in digital transformation or automation projects.
  • •Strong background in requirements elicitation, user story writing, and functional analysis.
  • •Proficiency in Process Mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and experience defining KPI and managing performance and risks.
