Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the manager in developing and updating key components of the ERM framework (policies, procedures, roles, and risk assessment criteria)
  • •Assist in planning, designing, and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management process and implementation plan
  • •Coordinate risk assessment across departments/sectors and support risk owners with assessing, treating, and reporting risks
  • •Develop risk identification and assessment workshops, and review departmental risk registers for completeness and accuracy
  • •Assist with periodic reviews of ERM policy/procedure/control effectiveness and monitor/report risk treatment plan progress

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • •Required degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • •Relevant professional certification (e.g., CERA, CRM, PRM)
  • •Proven experience in governance and risk management in an energy company
  • •Experience supporting enterprise-wide risk management processes and risk assessment activities
