Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct medical examinations, assessments, and screenings for employees to ensure compliance and identify health risks or hazards.
  • •Provide medical advice and guidance on occupational health issues, including workplace hazards, ergonomics, and PPE.
  • •Collaborate with HSE teams to develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • •Respond to medical emergencies with first aid/CPR and perform health risk assessments and evaluations of workplace environments.
  • •Maintain confidential medical records and support incident investigations, health promotion initiatives (e.g., vaccinations/screenings), and HSE reporting in line with regulations and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, including 5+ years relevant experience, with 2+ years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Doctoral degree in Doctor of Medicine and a Professional Qualification in QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, practices, and preventive medicine/wellness programs.
  • •Ability to diagnose and treat occupational injuries and illnesses and perform medical evaluations/assessments for fitness for work.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
  • •Proficiency in maintaining medical records and confidentiality while complying with regulatory requirements.
