Key Responsibilities

  • •Review PRAs, DPIAs, ROPAs, and RCSAs to evaluate privacy risks and the effectiveness of associated controls.
  • •Conduct second-line privacy monitoring and oversight activities across business units and legal entities under the global privacy oversight framework.
  • •Prepare dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting on monitoring results, emerging risks, and remediation status.
  • •Provide credible challenge to business units on privacy regulatory matters and adjudicate privacy-related queries on agreed timelines.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to evaluate privacy considerations in existing and new processes and capabilities, including operationalising DPDPA requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of work experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, internal audit, operational risk, or related control functions in a highly regulated industry (preferably financial services), consulting, or a Big Four firm.
  • •Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and privacy risk management/governance practices.
  • •Good knowledge of privacy best practices and frameworks such as GDPR, DPDPA, and CCPA.
  • •Working knowledge of privacy risk identification, assessment, and control design/implementation.
  • •Privacy-related certifications such as CIPP (any jurisdiction) or CIPM are preferred; CA/LLB/CS/CIA or a Master’s Degree is preferred.
