Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee global interchange programs, published rates, deals, and governance as a key member of the Global Interchange Strategy Center of Excellence.
  • •Create strategic alignment and best practices across regional teams, including frameworks for rolling out interchange programs and consistency in approach.
  • •Drive innovation and process improvement by moving from manual to automated processes, overseeing adoption of new technologies and AI tools, and improving reporting requirements.
  • •Oversee interchange compliance and governance frameworks, including regular risk assessments and producing reports for senior leadership.
  • •Mentor, manage, and coach a team; support talent management and organization design; develop training and development curriculum for global interchange team.
