Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update EPC contract documents, amendments, exhibits, schedules, change orders, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Track and manage exhibits to ensure current, version-controlled, correctly formatted documentation aligned across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support contract compliance by identifying gaps or risks and coordinate contract-related communications such as notices, RFIs, and change requests.
  • •Support change order and claims activities by maintaining detailed logs and preparing supporting summaries and backup documentation for negotiations.
  • •Maintain contract-related data for reporting, forecasts, audits, and project closeout, and support process development and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–7 years of contract administration experience, preferably within EPC, construction, or energy infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of utility-scale project delivery, including risk allocation, change management, and commercial controls.
  • •Demonstrated experience with document management platforms (preferably InEight) and contract lifecycle management systems.
  • •Ability to read and comprehend complicated commercial and legal documents with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
