Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve the agent runtime (harness/agent loop) powering creator/seller agents, orchestrating skills, tools, and context.
  • •Engineer long multi-turn agent context & memory (structured note-taking, compaction/summarization, context editing/observation masking, retrieve-then-load retrieval).
  • •Post-train and fine-tune LLMs (SFT/DPO/RL) and build a data flywheel from served conversations into training/eval/retrieval signals.
  • •Design and integrate tools, Skills, and MCP connectors (tools-as-APIs), including skill/tool search for large tool inventories.
  • •Create evaluation and self-evolving loops (LLM-as-judge with calibration; offline↔online gap; replay/task simulator; Auto-RCA/Auto-GBS/Auto-Policy) and ship an end-to-end surface to production across 30+ languages.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/Math or another quantitative field.
  • •Strong Python with experience in at least one of C++ / Go / Rust / Java.
  • •Solid ML/DL/NLP fundamentals with hands-on experience building with LLMs or agents (e.g., coursework, research, internships, competitions, open-source, or serious side projects).
  • •Ability to read a paper or technical engineering blog and turn it into working code.
  • •Demonstrated depth with LLM/agent systems (e.g., your own agent loop/harness, memory/context management, RAG/tool-use agents, or fine-tuned/post-trained models).
