Key Responsibilities

  • •Transfer and implement new technology nodes from the Technology Development team into manufacturing.
  • •Improve manufacturing yield, operational efficiency, and support equipment capacity expansion through close cross-team collaboration.
  • •Establish, improve, and modify process conditions, technology, and process management projects; set process parameters for semiconductor equipment.
  • •Evaluate and plan the introduction of new equipment and materials; deploy to production.
  • •Perform abnormal analysis and drive process and quality improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture and supporting technology transfers to sister sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering-related field.
  • •Hands-on Diffusion process engineering experience in the semiconductor industry (device manufacturer or semiconductor equipment supplier experience preferred).
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in either Japanese or English.
  • •Ability to effectively utilize AI tools (including generative AI) for information gathering, data analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
  • •Willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies to enhance productivity and business outcomes.
