Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IT service operations for charter schools, setting service direction, governance model, standards, controls, and performance expectations.
  • •Translate group digital and enterprise services strategy into operating plans, service targets, lifecycle priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Own the IT service management framework including incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, service catalogue, configuration, asset, and service level management.
  • •Ensure day-to-day technology operations are delivered reliably and securely across end-user devices, classroom technology, networks/connectivity, telephony, printing, cloud services, and core school systems.
  • •Lead people and supplier governance: coach school-based IT/AV teams, manage supplier performance (KPI/SLA), oversee asset lifecycle and budgeting, and provide escalation and reporting for governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
  • •ITIL V3 or V4 certification (or ISO equivalent) is a must.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in IT service management, technology operations, or infrastructure leadership, including multi-site delivery and team leadership.
  • •Strong leadership capability in IT service operations, governance, service transformation, and continuous improvement across a multi-site environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of ITIL practices (incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, CMDB, asset, and service level management) and technology operations such as Microsoft 365 and endpoint management.
