Key Responsibilities

•Directs and oversees the day-to-day technical operations of Human Resource systems for Pandora North America (e.g., SuccessFactors, UltiPro).
•Develops and mentors team members, setting priorities, cross-training, and achieving management objectives.
•Ensures data integrity, security, and adherence to Pandora North America corporate structure in HR platforms.
•Manages and generates ad-hoc and routine reports leveraging Cognos Analytics, SuccessFactors reporting, and MS Excel; analyzes data to maintain data integrity across systems.
•Partners with the Global People Technology team on projects and process improvements to maximize system capabilities through automation and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,000 - 162,000 annually

•4+ years of people management experience
•Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
