Job Summary

Senior Financial Analyst to support Bose Global Consumer Sales (GCS) across Europe/Australia, Global Consumer Distributors (GCD) and FP&A consolidation. Hybrid role (2 days in office) with responsibility for month-end P&L review, regional consolidation, Europe FM/expenses modeling, cross-functional partnering with Demand Planning, Product & Marketing, and Sales Operations, plus forecasting and annual planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Review financials for month-end close across the GCS regions to understand the P&L and perform variance analyses; prepare accrual journal entries as needed.
•Consolidate financials across regions and support ad hoc requests related to total GCS sales, discounts, margin, or operating expenses.
•Provide finance navigational support for Europe, becoming a subject matter expert across multiple countries and modeling financial implications of pricing, promotions, and investments.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Product & Marketing, and Sales Operations to identify risks and opportunities and drive business with confidence.
•Support quarterly forecasts and annual budget planning by partnering with sales leadership and Demand Planning to align key assumptions and develop bottoms-up financials for the next year.

Key Requirements

•BS Accounting, Finance or Business Management
•4+ years of relevant experience
•Strong dedication to customers – both end-consumer & internal business partners
•Ability to turn data into insight which can inform sound business decisions
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, SAP, Planful Forecasting, Power BI & Business Intelligence experience a plus
