•Own features end-to-end, partnering with Product and the Experience (front-end) team through design, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
•Solve ambiguous problems by taking initiative and finding clear paths forward without waiting for complete specs.
•Contribute to a product-driven roadmap by prioritizing tradeoffs and shipping iteratively against real deadlines.
•Extend an agentic AI foundation into customer-facing product experiences across the full product suite.
•Bring technical guidance to architectural decisions and collaborate closely with the team to execute them.
