Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the CEO, Head of Business Operations, and founding team to maximize impact of Closure's AI platform in mission-critical settings.
  • •Design workflows and deployment processes, and deliver customer-ready artifacts, product mockups, and trainings.
  • •Engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders to align on deployment strategies and success metrics.
  • •Translate customer feedback into product insights and guide validation with SteerCos and field pilots.
  • •Operate with high autonomy and maintain rigorous standards in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 195,000 annually
