Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop system architectures and lead design trades across mechanical, electrical, software, thermal, and power domains.
  • •Decompose operational needs into traceable system and subsystem requirements and maintain systems engineering artifacts (e.g., ICDs, system block diagrams, ConOps, requirements specs).
  • •Own verification and validation planning and execution (analysis, inspection, demonstration, and test), including integration troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct FMEA/FMECA and manage technical risk across the development lifecycle, including environmental qualification support.
  • •Maintain technical data packages and process documentation using systems engineering tools, ensure MIL-STD compliance, and travel to field exercises and customer sites as needed.
