Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute governance and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC.
  • •Own the project lifecycle for net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying scalable integration patterns.
  • •Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on data models and data flows, ensuring alignment with Salesforce architecture and delivery.
  • •Own administration of Tray.io iPaaS and deliver scalable automations across the ecosystem.
  • •Lead escalation management and day-to-day support for Salesforce and related GTM/CX applications in partnership with Support Specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of application administration in mid-to-large scale environments supporting 500+ users.
  • •Deep knowledge integrating platforms with Salesforce using Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
