In this role for a new build project, you support commissioning activities including functional tests, handovers, and acceptance—covering both building services and medical technology. You coordinate deliveries and schedules with suppliers, maintain system documentation in CAFM, and handle troubleshooting and installations across multiple building services. After onboarding, you own specialist areas such as building automation, electrical systems, and medical technology, including night and weekend on-call.
