Job Summary

Own end-to-end management of advertiser and agency campaigns across managed and biddable channels, from RFP responses and media planning through optimization, upselling, and wrap-up. Serve as the primary client point of contact, lead campaign reporting and insights to drive growth and retention, and partner cross-functionally to meet KPIs. Act as a product expert for Spotify Ads Manager (SAM) solutions, supported by AI-enabled workflows and consultative client service.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build deep client relationships and act as primary point of contact throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle
•Manage campaigns end-to-end across managed and biddable channels, including RFP response, media planning, setup, launch, activation, and trafficking
•Monitor delivery and performance, optimize/revise media plans, and provide actionable campaign reporting and insights
•Identify incremental and expansion opportunities through campaign reporting and client engagement, including multi-product bookings
•Serve as a product expert for SAM self-serve and biddable solutions, supporting demos, onboarding, and best-practice campaign optimization

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
•Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital media, planning and/or buying
•Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the advertising ecosystem, including biddable and programmatic buying
•Experience managing self-serve advertising platforms and biddable campaign management
•Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, plus experience working with CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems
