Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer requirements into functional user stories for the development team
  • •Create and maintain dashboards to measure service usage and inform product decisions
  • •Maintain a Product Backlog of user stories and defects and refine them for development
  • •Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with writers and product management to publish best practices through tutorials, blogs, and presentations

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
