Key Responsibilities

•Manage and optimize CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce experience essential), ensuring lead flow, data hygiene, and automation support global growth
•Own the web presence, including landing pages, campaign tracking, analytics and performance monitoring
•Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
•Provide regular reporting and dashboards on growth KPIs and trends
•Implement and maintain marketing automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to track KPIs and campaign results (Jira experience preferred)

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, digital marketing or sales operations
•Strong experience with CRM platforms and web/analytics tools
•Proven ability to implement and optimize campaigns, automation, and reporting dashboards
•Excellent problem-solving skills, process orientation and attention to detail
•Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing
