Key Responsibilities

•Identify and define priority solutions aligned to client needs, market dynamics, and Mastercard strategic priorities.
•Design best-fit cross–B&MI solutions with Global Product Managers, ensuring differentiation, scalability, and commercial viability.
•Partner with stakeholders across Mastercard Services and the broader organization to enable cross-enterprise solutioning.
•Monitor market feedback and client adoption to continuously refine solutions and inform roadmap prioritization.
•Enable go-to-market execution across sales channels, regions, and customer buying centers, including integration into broader Mastercard propositions where relevant.

Key Requirements

•Translate complex customer needs and Mastercard priorities into scalable, integrated solutions.
•Strong enterprise go-to-market understanding, including enterprise buying centers and multi-channel GTM models.
•Partner with product leaders to influence solution design and inform product and regional roadmap priorities.
•Influence and align diverse global teams across product, sales, consulting, and regions without direct authority.
•Apply analytics and insights fluency to drive data-driven decisioning and analytics-led solutioning.
