Job Summary

Support the retail finance organization by preparing quarterly and annual forecasts for revenue, gross margin, and store operating expenses. Help analyze scenarios for new store openings and refits, deliver monthly reporting to upper management, and support the monthly/quarterly close by recording retail revenue and operating expense accruals. Provide analysis across a portfolio of 100+ stores and perform ad hoc retail financial analysis while working closely with Finance, Commercial, Planning, and Expansion teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts for revenue, gross margin, and store-specific operating expenses with commercial and planning teams.
•Support new store openings and existing store refits by providing financial analysis on future scenarios to the Expansion team.
•Deliver monthly financial reporting to upper management on key retail performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities versus forecast.
•Support the monthly/quarterly financial close process by ensuring retail net revenue and operating expense accruals are recorded properly.
•Provide financial support across a portfolio of 100+ stores (e.g., fleet reviews, impairment analysis, capex review) and perform ad hoc retail financial analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 52,300 - 69,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience as a financial or business analyst, preferably in the retail sector.
•A university degree in Finance or business administration, or several years of industry experience.
•Translate complex financial information into clear presentations, reports, and concepts.
•Strong understanding of P&L and B/S under US GAAP.
•Strong Excel skills; SAP and Essbase experience preferred.
