Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engineering assistance to customers to address technical queries and needs within defined timelines and with good quality, including onsite assistance when required.
  • •Analyze in-service events to identify potential fleet issues and launch corrective actions with proper follow-up with customer service organizations.
  • •Communicate support engineering updates to customers so that the latest Airbus product and service improvements are effectively shared through various means.
  • •Provide technical support on hot topics affecting the fleet and specific customers, and promote implementation of mitigations and in-service solutions across programs.
  • •Support AOG and abnormal events, including urgent in-situ troubleshooting, and analyze events for impacts on airworthiness, reliability, quality, passenger/crew comfort, and operational economics.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in the university of aeronautics and astronautics.
  • •Knowledge of Airline & MRO maintenance and engineering activities, including airline operations.
  • •Completion of type courses for at least one of the A320/A330/A350.
  • •Knowledge of CAAC regulation, with FAA/EASA knowledge as a plus.
  • •Good presentation skills and fluent English (oral and written).
