Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI platform and translate requirements into execution plans and roadmaps.
  • •Lead end-to-end feature delivery (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, release planning) and manage backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
  • •Drive development of AI platform capabilities including LLM/SLM reasoning and extraction, intelligent workflow automation with human-in-the-loop controls, and RAG pipelines.
  • •Define and maintain AI evaluation and governance frameworks for accuracy, safety, fairness, reliability, and deployment monitoring/versioning.
  • •Collaborate with clinical, engineering, data science, and commercial teams to define KPIs/OKRs and communicate AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of product management experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
  • •Proven track record shipping AI-powered products in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Deep understanding of LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings, ML pipelines, and evaluation methodologies.
  • •Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED) preferred.
