Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule slips and forecast/update milestones.
  • •Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are used; ensure application of best practice.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting, and monitor progress across multiple construction projects.
  • •Manage supplier and project-team interfaces through monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications; respond to RFIs and provide technical support as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or an applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
