Job Summary

Drive the full sales cycle for Airwallex’s SME & Growth business in the US, converting complex fintech products into tangible business value for ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services clients. You will own prospecting, negotiation, closing, and onboarding ramp, while collaborating with legal, finance, and strategy teams to finalize partnerships and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including ramping and early customer success.
•Develop deep product expertise in Airwallex’s platform and technical solutions for payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing or spend management.
•Exceed revenue targets through strategic positioning of our financial technology suite.
•Conduct technical and commercial consultations to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
•Collaborate with legal, finance, and strategy teams to negotiate and execute partnership agreements and commercial contracts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 260,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

•Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, or adjacent technologies, with proven success selling into small businesses.
