Serve as a network subject-matter expert for patient monitoring implementations, supporting implementation teams and sales during highly technical pre-sales engagements. Consult with healthcare institutions to integrate solutions into customer IT environments, deploy and maintain complex real-time, life-critical data solutions for hospital IT systems, and educate customers on upkeep. Document implementations, drive configuration/version control practices, and continuously improve service offerings through customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult with healthcare institutions to ensure successful integration of solutions into the customer IT environment as a subject matter expert for complex IT concepts.
•Deploy and/or integrate complex IT solutions carrying proprietary real-time, life-critical data into hospital IT environments, and educate customers on system maintenance.
•Document solutions so support teams and consultants can provide ongoing support and contribute to onward development.
•Practice strong configuration management and version control, driving continuous improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback.
•Collaborate as a key member of the implementation and/or support team to share experience, information, and expertise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or electronics, preferably in a field- or hospital-based service environment, with experience in patient monitoring systems or telemetry units preferred.
•Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience, plus Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or relevant experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related fields, or 9+ years of related experience.
•Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements for this field service position.
