Key Responsibilities

  • •Create technically sound rental HVAC offers from customer inquiries for heating, cooling, ventilation, and dehumidification solutions.
  • •Develop rental pricing and related cost components (setup, transport, commissioning, service flat rates) to protect margins and stay competitive.
  • •Work from plans, load profiles, and specifications, and coordinate with Business Development and technical teams on complex projects.
  • •Handle customer follow-ups via email/phone and sometimes on-site, propose alternatives, and explain technical details.
  • •Maintain offers and documentation in ERP/CRM (including bill of materials) and improve quotation templates, item catalogs, and calculation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •HF technician building services (Gebäudetechnik) or HVAC engineering background, or a technical foundation with further training in sales/project coordination.
  • •2+ years’ experience in HVAC (TGA), HVAC sales, quotation preparation, or technical inside sales; rental experience is a plus.
  • •Strong understanding of HVAC performance parameters such as heating capacity (kW), cooling capacity, airflow (m³/h), pressure loss, and energy consumption.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems; CAD and plan reading experience is an advantage.
  • •Fluent German and good English (French is a plus), with a structured and stress-resistant working style handling multiple inquiries at once.
