Senior Educational Program Designer

Lead the design of competency-based higher education programs, translating complex student and business needs into efficient, personalized learning pathways. You’ll apply systems thinking and backward program design to create employer- and learner-aligned outcomes, set success metrics, prototype options, and assess program sustainability at scale. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to research industry standards, document designs clearly, and help train faculty, mentors, and enrollment counselors.
