Key Responsibilities

  • •Support cross-functional teams by developing and integrating large-scale multi-system projects.
  • •Work across multiple airplane systems (e.g., Environmental Controls, Mechanical Hydraulics, Flight Controls, Electrical subsystems/design/standards, Flight Deck, Cabin Systems, Network Systems, Avionics, Cyber Security).
  • •Collaborate with airplane safety, regulatory administration, and 787 program teams including change management, supply chain, production engineering, manufacturing engineering, and delivery centers.
  • •Implement systems engineering best practices and process improvements.
  • •Lead complex projects by influence and communicate technical and project recommendations to executive management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related fields (including Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry).
  • •5+ years of experience performing complex systems engineering or system integration work.
  • •5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • •Working knowledge of the aircraft certification process.
  • •Relocation based on candidate eligibility; meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62).
