Job Summary

Use extensive safety and health expertise to identify improvement opportunities, implement S&H programs, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and ONEOK’s Environmental, Safety, and Health Management System framework. Lead development and continuous improvement of safety procedures and training, conduct job site inspections and workplace assessments (industrial hygiene risks), investigate complex incidents, and analyze trends to recommend mitigation. Serve as a key advisor to stakeholders and may lead more junior safety colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of S&H procedures and practices by recognizing and communicating risk.
•Identify, communicate, and resolve S&H risks and regulatory requirements; recommend appropriate control and compliance measures.
•Provide S&H information and consultation to employees, customers, contractors, and city/county/state officials as appropriate; represent the facility/company on S&H matters.
•Lead investigations of significant and complex safety incidents, including employee accidents, property damage, compliance deviations, and near misses.
•Administer the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of S&H training; conduct job site inspections and workplace assessments and recommend mitigation measures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, and health or a related field.
•Extensive experience monitoring, analyzing, and recommending changes to ensure compliance with safety and health governmental regulations and industry best practices.
•Experience composing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondence.
•Experience interacting, advising, training, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations (General & Construction Industry), industrial hygiene, and ESH management system principles.
