  • •Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions within the Nuevo Laredo facility.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing organization, coaching leaders and building capability and succession pipelines.
  • •Champion a culture of safety, integrity, quality, and operational excellence; ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, environmental, and workplace safety requirements.
  • •Drive manufacturing performance and execute operational plans to meet customer commitments, production targets, quality objectives, and on-time delivery.
  • •Own site profit and loss performance, including annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost improvement initiatives while monitoring operational and financial metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, technical knowledge, and relevant professional experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing or operations environments with responsibility for multiple business functions.
  • •Experience managing operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and profitability initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, supply chain operations, materials management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
