Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general project support and administration for the Waterfront Service Delivery Team.
  • •Prepare reports and updates on schedule progression and adherence.
  • •Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and the waterfront service team to deliver an accurate, executable schedule.
  • •Manage preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of work period work lists and schedules, including raising purchase requisitions and organizing objective quality evidence.
  • •Update real-time dashboards and communicate schedule changes across the enterprise, using data-driven approaches to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years of experience scheduling and/or planning projects.
  • •Competent with scheduling tools including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • •Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
  • •College graduate with trade experience or postgraduate qualifications/trainings in Business, Project Management, or Engineering (or equivalent combination).
  • •Experience within military or marine industry for shipbuilding, ship repair, or ship maintenance, and exposure to SAP/ERP/EAM is preferred.
