The Assistant Manager partners with the Floor Director and Managing Director to drive store performance in a luxury retail environment. You’ll supervise staff, coach the team, build sales, manage client development via CRM, and ensure Hermès standards are reflected on the sales floor while supporting daily operations and staff scheduling.
