Membership Services Supervisor

Supervise the membership services team to deliver a positive member experience from enquiry through joining and renewal. Oversee daily member and guest interactions by phone and email, ensure membership leads are handled using the 59club template, and coordinate membership subscription fee handling, statements of accounts, and documentation processes. Support renewals by checking invoices and processing required documentation before e-filing, while following membership SOPs and service steps.
