Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, configure, and deploy Windows Server environments, including installation, hardening, patching, and post-build validation.
  • •Implement and support Microsoft SQL Server Failover Clusters, including validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Configure and manage AD DS tasks such as domain join, OU creation, GPO implementation, user/group management, and domain health checks.
  • •Support infrastructure implementation and customer onboarding projects, including preparing installation/deployment documentation.
  • •Provide Level 2 support by performing root cause analysis, resolving implementation challenges, escalating complex issues, and maintaining knowledge base articles.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of experience in Windows infrastructure implementation and support.
  • •Hands-on experience building and configuring Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
  • •Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft SQL Server Failover Clusters.
  • •Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including DNS/DHCP, GPO, and security fundamentals.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues with strong documentation and communication skills.
