Job Summary

Own end-to-end planning and execution for B2B events and partner/prospect activations, from annual/quarterly calendars to budgets, vendors, registrations, and on-site logistics. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and plan conferences, sponsorship opportunities, events, podcasts, and industry gatherings aligned to go-to-market strategy; develop annual and quarterly event calendars and evaluate ROI.
•Own end-to-end event planning and logistics, including vendor management, contracts, budgets, registrations, travel coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution.
•Coordinate PR operations with the PR agency: manage deliverables, draft and send media pitches, prepare executive briefing documents, and monitor/flag relevant media coverage and inbound inquiries.
•Maintain media lists for journalists, newsletter writers, podcast hosts, and analysts covering fintech, HR tech, payroll, and embedded finance; coordinate speaking and podcast appearance logistics.
•Track event and PR performance against KPIs, manage event/PR budgets, and support partnership outcomes through cross-functional coordination.

•Experience managing or working alongside a PR agency, including briefing, reviewing pitches, tracking coverage, and driving accountability to outcomes.
•Familiarity with media relations basics, including media lists, pitch coordination, and press briefing preparation.
•Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams; willingness to travel as needed.
