Key Responsibilities

•Support annual and quarterly planning cycles (e.g., annual planning preparation and QPUs), ensuring milestone tracking and clear stakeholder communication.
•Coordinate leadership alignments, track action items for strategic initiatives, and maintain cross-functional visibility into progress.
•Maintain and streamline operational documentation, reporting dashboards, and presentation materials for executive reviews.
•Lead/manage smaller, high-priority projects and initiatives when bandwidth is needed across the Company Operations ecosystem.
•Serve as a central point of contact for assigned projects to ensure timelines are met, risks are flagged, and teams stay aligned.
