Assistant Store Manager I

Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development at a luxury Coach retail store. Lead on the sales floor with a focus on inclusive, high-energy service, resolving customer issues and supporting clienteling and virtual shopping. Recruit, onboard, and coach team members while maintaining compliance across schedules, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
