Build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform strategic decisions, and assist with planning, testing, and implementation of new business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
•Analyze business processes to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
•Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support strategic decision-making, and assist with planning, testing, and implementation of new solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
•Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
•Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong requirements gathering and business process modelling experience, with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
