Job Summary

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities (fulfill or refer appropriately).
•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
