Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day Order to Cash function within the GFS Hub and deliver high-quality service.
  • •Review SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyse monthly controls and work with teams to resolve control failures or observations.
  • •Resolve operational issues by identifying root causes and preventative actions.
  • •Monitor OLA performance and promote best practice, standardisation, and transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience across the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process, from customer onboarding through cash collection and payment accounting.
  • •Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes within a large or complex organisation.
  • •Experience working in a shared services environment or alongside an outsourced finance provider.
  • •Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, including confidence interpreting financial data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
