Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the product team to manage seasonal product ranges and align with wholesale/franchise segmentation strategy.
  • •Develop and recommend seasonal assortment plans for wholesale/franchise partners to drive sell-through and business growth.
  • •Monitor sell-through performance and provide actionable insights to optimize product performance and meet consumer needs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely and consistent product launches at the right POS.
  • •Manage pre-orders, product allocation, replenishment, and generate reports including monthly product removal lists for franchise stores.

Key Requirements

  • •University Degree and above.
  • •At least 3 years store operations experience in retail or wholesale industry.
  • •General knowledge of consumer goods market and retail & wholesale network.
  • •Footwear or apparel industry experience is a plus.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
