Job Summary

Provide fiduciary expertise by managing personal trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and advising clients on trust strategies aligned with their financial goals. Build trusted relationships with clients and their families, support the Advisor Solutions team to grow trust business, oversee trust administration and due diligence, and maintain accurate records to drive satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop subject matter expertise in fiduciary areas.
•Serve as a trusted advisor by building close client relationships and integrating technical fiduciary components with each client’s personal situation and values.
•Oversee trust account administration to ensure compliance with trust documents, legal requirements, and company policies, including review and interpretation of estate planning documents.
•Coordinate advisor solutions resources (e.g., tax liaison, operational support, in-house legal counsel and leadership) to maintain proper fiduciary responsibility.
•Manage due diligence for new fiduciary appointments and maintain accurate, up-to-date records; support client satisfaction and retention by identifying at-risk clients and resolving issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CTFA, CFP) preferred.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in trust and estate administration with a proven track record of managing trusts.
•Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
•Demonstrated ability to advise and deliver on fiduciary strategies and exercise fiduciary judgment and discretion.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work in a team/matrix environment and manage multiple priorities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
