Key Responsibilities

•Oversee quality and workmanship of all construction activities across Civil, Architectural and Structural disciplines; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
•Manage QA/QC documents for the entire project (certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, site observations) and ensure proper approval of method statements, ITPS, and drawings
•Develop and enforce inspection standards and testing procedures; ensure testing methods meet project quality requirements and client expectations
•Ensure all approved method statements, ITPS and drawings are followed on site and superseded documents are removed
•Prepare work inspection requests (WIR) for construction activities and coordinate with consultants to cover all site activities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
•Minimum 8 years’ experience in QA/QC with 5 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSEN, ACI and AASHTO; proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera
•ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and ability to read drawings, specifications and data sheets; strong English communication
•Experience managing QA/QC documents (certificates, calibration, test results, NCRs), inspection requests, and site observations
