Job Summary

Marketing Operations Manager at Addepar will architect and optimize the marketing tech stack, build AI-driven workflows, and lead data-driven campaigns. You’ll own data integrity across systems (Databricks, Marketo, Salesforce), mentor analysts, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales and Product to scale marketing operations and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer the Marketing Infrastructure: Lead the people, processes, and technical architecture of our marketing stack and act as the Technical Product Owner for our tools to ensure high-integrity data flow between systems
•Systems-Led Campaign Execution: Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns and translate requirements into robust, tracking-ready, scalable specifications
•Architect Complex Automations: Implement sophisticated, AI-enhanced automation strategies to boost productivity and support rapid scaling
•Data & AI Strategy: Manage marketing data in our Databricks infrastructure to build custom tables, dashboards, and predictive AI workflows
•Roadmap & Sprint Leadership: Drive the MarkOps roadmap using agile methodologies, lead sprint planning, and manage technical debt while enabling innovation

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years with a Master’s)
•6+ years Marketo experience with Salesforce integrations and multi-stage lead lifecycle workflows
•2+ years managing marketing data within Databricks or similar databases, building relational tables, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows
•2+ years leading hybrid or remote teams, hiring and developing high-performing individuals
•Proven experience scaling lead management processes, predictive scoring, automated routing, and CRO
