Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in printer system development to demonstrate PHA/ink baseline performance and track print quality metrics (e.g., nozzle health, spray, flowrate, color).
  • •Collaborate on pen fluidic and ink characterization by providing data on fluidic architecture and integrated system performance.
  • •Perform autopsy/triage/failure tracking: collect failed printheads, coordinate failure analysis, report findings, and assign next steps.
  • •Lead issue resolution using structured, robust problem-solving methods.
  • •Develop and lead testbed development and infrastructure (E2E ecosystem) to support new product introduction, including high-volume MFG, with cross-team collaboration.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, or Chemical engineering (or relevant).
  • •Technical breadth with a systems approach.
  • •Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong system-thinking with flexibility and adaptability.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English; ability to work across multiple time zones and occasional travel (25%).
