Job Summary

Drive retail, wholesale, and business development strategy for Damiani and Baume & Mercier across Mainland China. Lead day-to-day management of the network to achieve short- and long-term sales objectives, oversee retail and wholesale operations for both brands, and identify growth opportunities across online/offline distribution and corporate deals. Manage sales collection, credit review, reporting, stock availability, POS initiatives, and ensure staff training and visibility execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Propose and implement Retail (RT) strategy for Damiani, oversee the Retail Division, and manage a high-performing retail team to achieve annual sales objectives for regular and high-jewelry businesses.
•Oversee Wholesale (WS) strategy for Damiani and selective accounts for Baume & Mercier, including monitoring the network by location, selecting dealers, and ensuring trade staff readiness.
•Identify and propose business development opportunities across online and offline distribution development and corporate deals; lead end-to-end project development to achieve BD objectives.
•Manage sales operations including sales collection and credit review, close monitoring and reporting of trade sales results, and support legal in establishing sales and distribution agreements.
•Ensure stock availability at POS, coordinate training and visual merchandising/trade marketing activities, and optimize visibility through adherence to brand guidelines and activation plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar.
•More than 8 years of experience in retail, wholesale, accounts management, and business development.
•Experience in sales management in the jewelry or watchmaking industry (required).
•Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English; intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency.
