Job Summary

Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to develop CAD/PLM customizations and workflow optimizations that increase engineer productivity. Create and deliver practical training content, run experimentation and hands-on testing to produce evidence-based recommendations, and iterate based on user feedback. Help troubleshoot technical issues across deployment, configuration, and ongoing support, while optimizing data flow between engineering systems throughout the hardware lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop CAD/PLM customizations and optimize engineering workflows so tools do not limit engineering design speed.
•Create training content and deliver recommendations based on experimentation and hands-on testing.
•Seek user feedback and iterate processes based on real-world results; update recommendations quickly when better approaches are found.
•Understand and optimize data flow through downstream engineering systems supporting the hardware lifecycle.
•Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering (or equivalent education/work experience).
•Deep expertise in at least one engineering discipline and associated tool stack (CAD, CAE, PLM, or discipline applications).
•Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production and hands-on experience using engineering design tools.
•Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues; must be a U.S. Person (required for export control).
