Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in-person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts, including deposit products and lending products such as home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions; support branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
